Because all 51 ⚡ 50 products are made to order, our returns and exchanges policy differs from that of mass-produced retailers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products are manufactured only after an order has been placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept that your item is custom-produced specifically for you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will provide support if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • Your item arrived defective or damaged.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You may be required to provide photos or videos as proof

Once verified, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund,
    at our discretion.

Size Exchanges

If your item does not fit as expected:

  • Size exchanges may be permitted subject to availability

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • As items are made to order, exchanges may require additional production time

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (unless approved for exchange)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or limited-release items (where indicated)
